Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying breakfast with a breathtaking ocean view was a highlight of our trip.

There was a delay in service at times, especially during breakfast, which tested our patience. But the food made up for it.

The location was stunning, just steps from the beautiful rock beach, and I appreciated the thoughtful car cleaning before checkout.

I truly enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere at The Promenade. The staff were attentive and accommodating, always making sure I was comfortable. The view from the terrace restaurant overlooking the beach was simply breathtaking and a highlight of my stay.

Had a mixed bag staying here, honestly. Chef Franklin was a total star with his food and great service. But the rest of the staff? We had to repeat our order too many times, which was kinda frustrating. The rooftop restaurant was nice tho, with a chill vibe. Just wish the overall service matched.

we had a fantastic stay at the promenade. the location was perfect, just across from the white house rock beach, making it super easy to enjoy the beach. the service was top-notch, especially from the staff at the restaurant, they were friendly and attentive. we also loved the spa, where we got a relaxing massage that really enhanced our stay.

Staying here with my three teenagers was a blast. We loved the proximity to the beautiful Bay of Bengal, making it easy to enjoy beach activities. Dinner was memorable. the French cuisine was a delightful surprise, and our waiter provided excellent service.

This hotel suits me perfectly. The staff is friendly, providing great service, and I love the outdoor swimming pool and the spa. They even helped me with sim cards on my first stay. Highly recommend it!
